Let’s explore 5 easy energy-clearing rituals you can use to stay grounded, centered, and protected every day.
1. Morning Energy Shielding (2 minutes)
Before you even reach for your phone, take a moment to check in with yourself. Visualize a protective light—white, gold, or any color that feels good—surrounding your body like a cocoon.
Bonus Tip: Imagine it deflecting negativity, drama, or stress throughout the day. This is especially helpful if you’re heading into social settings, crowded places, or difficult conversations.
2. Sound Clearing for Your Space (3–5 minutes)
Use a singing bowl, chimes, or even clapping to break up stagnant energy in your space. Walk around your room or home with intention, letting sound move through corners, behind doors, and around furniture.
Try This: Start or end your day with a quick sound bath on YouTube or play binaural beats while you work to keep your energy aligned.
3. Salt Water Rinse or Bath (5–20 minutes)
Salt is one of nature’s best energy detox tools. A quick rinse with salt water or a full Epsom salt bath can help pull negative energy out of your body and aura.
Tip: Add a few drops of lavender or rosemary essential oil for extra cleansing. If you’re short on time, a salt scrub in the shower works wonders too.
4. Cord Cutting Visualization (2–3 minutes)
At the end of the day, gently cut any energetic cords or attachments that may be draining you. Visualize scissors or light gently dissolving any cords between you and situations or people you interacted with that day.
