Have you ever felt like your energy was scattered, like parts of you were lost in the noise of life?
It’s not always something we can explain-but we feel it. That quiet tug that says we’re out of alignment. Heavy. Foggy. Disconnected from ourselves.
As an energy healer and a sensitive soul, I’ve learned that these moments are invitations-not breakdowns. They’re calls to come home to yourself.
Here are 5 gentle practices I return to when my soul needs grounding and clarity:
1. Breathe with Intention
Not just to survive—but to return to yourself.
A few minutes of slow, conscious breathing can clear energetic fog faster than any distraction.
Try This: 4-count inhale, 4-count hold, 4-count exhale. Repeat 4 times.
2. Clear Your Space
Energy lingers-in your room, your clothes, your phone.
Open a window. Light incense. Let sound or scent shift the energy around you.
I use a singing bowl or play soft healing frequencies to reset my space.
3. Ask: “Is this mine?”
So many of us carry energy that doesn’t belong to us-other people’s stress, fear, even expectations.
When you feel off, pause and ask: Is this energy mine? If not, let it go.
4. Reclaim Your Energy
Imagine calling all parts of yourself back:
“I call my energy back from every person, place, or thought I left it with. I am whole.”
It might sound simple, but this small act of sovereignty is powerful.
5. Rest and Receive
Not every healing is active. Sometimes your body just wants stillness.
Make space for silence. Nature. Sleep. A warm bath. Trust that restoration is medicine, too.
Final Thoughts
Energy work isn’t always dramatic. Sometimes it’s found in these small, sacred pauses.
In my book, Energy of the Soul: A Journey from Nothing to Boundless Healing, I share deeper stories, tools, and reminders for anyone on a healing path—especially when life feels like too much.
If you’re walking that path, I hope this helped you feel a little more held.
